This company is amazing. I actually have never worked with them personally but I will try to tell a short story. As I was out and about and having lunch I over heard a conversation with (what looked and sounded like management of KC Ward) a worker and some clients. Sounded like something didn't go exactly right with the job but the employee told the customer he was willing to work with the customer and do whatever it would take to make things right for the customer. I felt this deserved a wonderful review because I work in customer service and the employee went above and beyond to make things right. I was super glad I got to witness this.
