My waitress Gabby was great. I went to dinner with friends and the service was fabulous. I haven't come to Smokey Bones in a while and the food was just as good as it was when I went a few years ago. Gabby made everyone happy. She was very upbeat, and friendly. I didn't even have to ask her for additional knapkins and a pitcher of water and she automatically had it on the table. She was very good to make sure we were all happy with our meal (s). Gabby made good suggestions and answered all are questions.
The food is alright, I've definitely had better. The pretzel bones are awesome. The veggie burger isn't good (I know, who orders a veggie burger at a BBQ place) but I figured I'd give it a try and it wasn't worth it. Not to mention adding any extra toppings is $1 each which quickly makes a $9 burger expensive- even for the basics like cheese and sautéed onions. I have never had awesome service here, every time I've been here we have waited quite a while to get our food. The staff is friendly and usually pretty nice but just really slow.
Couples, business meals and families meet for full service (and takeout) in a modern, multi-TV screen realm. Burgers, ribs, pulled pork classics and a very large, varied menu. Large bar area and a lot of sports fans. Can get somewhat noisy at peak times. Call ahead.
Loved smokey bones since I tried it in south carolina. The smoked wings is awesome the ribs are on point. You will be hooked.

Tonight my friends and i had the most amazing waitress Gabby, she was awesome and it was our first time eating here. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed with the quickness. The food was really really good too. We will be back and soon.
