After an awful experience at the JFK Avis I wasn't too hopeful for dropping off the rental at MacArthur. Called in because I was confused on where the drop-off port was and spoke with John. Not only was he super helpful but his patience and directions were great. Thanks again for the great customer service if you're reading this, John!!

I tried to change my reservation for pickup from pm to am and was told the mini van was not available. not only that but there is no mini van in new York to be rented.
Not impressed when needing to speak to a desk agent. I'm calling from Texas, after 3 tries, and 2 disconnects from the "please hold".... Seriously? Acknowledge a caller, take ownership of your job please, or go do something you can handle.
