Very positive experience with national, very accommodating and courteous, I have used them for the last 4 years that I have rented a car, and each experience has been great. The way the treat you, and their great service. I certainly would use them again next time I need to rent a car for a trip.
Love National. They are always responsive and fast. The Emerald Club is amazing and they typically have new, cool cars in comparisons to other rental companies
Can't beat walking up to the counter, telling them your name and having them hand you a key and directions to the car. Turn in was just as easy, agent was at the car before I was able to even get out.
I thoroughly enjoyed my National rental car experience. They are one of the few who upgrade for free! Their staff are super friendly and seem to care about your travel safety and satisfaction.
